It's interesting to have a weblog again where I haven't really defined a style or anything. When I started keeping a web journal back in 1999, it felt a lot like this does right now. I would just type whatever happened during the day and give bits of commentary. I would occassionally rant. It was a lot like a livejournal.
Every now and then I get the urge to just ramble on about something in my life but then I realize how public the web can be. If I want to write something about a date, I feel restricted because I don't her to read it and have it effect our potential relationship. If I'm annoyed at a person and want to vent, I can't really do that because I don't want them to read something that would have been crumpled up if it had been committed to paper instead of hard drive. These types of posts are not feasible anymore, at least not without a password protected site.
So, I'm not sure what this test weblog will turn into, but it may become a way for me to just let loose and start being a 14 year old girl talking about lunch today on my livejournal. Or maybe not.
